6 years ago I had gotten to a point where I had finally had enough of being overweight. I went from being 120lbs to 170lbs, at that point I had never felt worse about myself. I didn’t want to be seen in public, I would fat shame myself, my relationship with food got worse and so on. Here is my story of overcoming my challenge.
